The Do 217J-1/2 was a night fighter based on the successful E version of the German Dornier Do 217 bomber. Developed during World War 2, the aircraft was mainly used for night attacks on enemy positions and aircraft. The aircraft's imposing armament and massive nose made it an effective weapon in night air combat.

With 200 parts, this kit offers an exciting and challenging project for experienced modelers ages 13 and up. Based on the E version bombers, the Do 217J-1/2 features a massive nose equipped with four 20mm cannons and four 7.92mm machine guns.
