Items in stock will be sent as soon as possible. If an item ordered is out of stock we can either hold onto all the ordered items until the item comes into stock and send as one parcel, or send the items we have in stock immediately and then send the to follow item(s) when they come into stock. This will however incur a second £4 Postage charge.
Selecting the Royal Mail Tracked option at checkout will allow us to keep track of your parcel once it has left us.
Orders received by 12 pm should be with you the following day (Applies only to items in stock at time of ordering) Orders placed after 12pm ill be sent the following day. Excluding orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, they will be sent out the following Monday
Due to the weight and size of Sundeala Board, extra postal charges are incurred if ordered.

We are only able to post Sundeala in multiples of six, but they available to buy in the shop in singles. The extra postage is still added even if Sundeala board is ordered with other items.
If ordering only one diecast item, postage will be £2.75. If more than one diecast item is ordered, the postage will be the normal £4.00. If other items are ordered with one diecast item, postage will be £4.00.
We now offer a free Click and Collect service. Place your order as normal and select the 'Click and Collect' postage option. Please then leave 2 hours before coming to collect you item. We will email you when the item is ready for collection.
When you come to collect the item from the shop please bring with you the card used to pay for the item as well as some photo ID (Passport, Driving license etc.)
If you fail to collect the item after 2 weeks then your item will be posted out to you. You will be charged the relevant postage rate as well as a £5 admin charge.
Due to the restrictions Royal Mail apply on sending certain items through the post any orders that contain one of these restricted products will be sent via a courier. This will unfortunately incur extra charges and will be charged at £7.00 per parcel.
Currently orders placed for despatch overseas are not charged at the time of ordering. Once we receive the order we will contact you with a quote for the postage and, if it is acceptable, we'll contact you for payment of the whole order.
