When ordering or registering on our site you will asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address & phone number. You can, however, visit our site anonymously.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction (either online or via telephone), your information will be kept on file to allow you to sign in to our website so you can check order status etc.

Do we use cookies?

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about the way customers use our site. No personal information is taken, however if you want to opt out you can install a blocker on your browser to stop analytic collecting browsing information from you. This is a good example of one of these blockers

Online Privacy Policy Only

The above also applies to orders placed over the phone. Any information you provide us is treated in the same way. Personal information (name, address, telephone number & email address) are added into our secure system to allow us to track your order and to make future ordering quicker. You can opt out of this if you mention at the point of ordering. All sensitive data (credit card information) is handled by our payment gate. Once the information has been used to process your order it is stored by out payment gateway in a secure way. We are unable to access it again after this point.
